You wake up snowbound at a decrepit inn, faced with unusual trials of every sort.
Concierge is a challenging game intended to reignite intrigue in even the most terminally cynical of internet natives. It blends point-and-click mechanics with other genres to create an unpredictable experience focused on nonlinear exploration, diverse gameplay and unconventional storytelling. If you aren't sure how you should be contributing to the world, this introspective, surrealistic journey may be the one you are looking for.
Concierge was developed by KODINO Artes, and launched for PC/Steam on September 17th 2025.
The project was funded in part by our publisher Digital Tribe Games, and by the city of São Paulo through the ADESAMPA program.
It has received positive coverage from notable Metacritic outlets such as Softpedia, Impulse Gamer, The Escapist, Indie Game Reviewer and local publications such as Pizza Fria and Patobah. The New York Times has also featured it in its 2025 must-play Halloween games list.
Reception from Steam users has also been overwhelmingly positive.
A contest with a bounty of $500 USD (courtesy of DTG) going to the first solver of a tough in-game riddle was run from launch day. The riddle was finally solved by user "aloismisery" from Russia, in January 18th 2026, 4 months after the game's release. Congratulations!
Concierge was devised as an art piece first, and a product second. It was not made to meet market or genre expectations - it is a deeply personal story told creatively in an interactive multimedia format, on the back of tons of passion, hard work and love.
Developing it has been a long and arduous process we will not soon forget. We are proud of having crafted this highly complex game, and feel deeply grateful, seen and fulfilled because of players so kind so as to dare to embark on this journey with us.
